Farhan Akhtar to debut in acting

He has directed three unique movies and is the most talked about young director in the film industry and now he intends to carve his name as an actor! Farhan Akhtar is all set to debut on the celluloid screens with Anand Surapur’s Fakir. “Its very-very exciting. I had a wonderful time doing this film and it’s almost done,” says the director-turned-actor. The best thing about his first film as an actor was that he was working with a debutant director. While Akhtar was learning acting from his director, his director was learning nuances of direction from Akhtar. I wonder if it was the director’s strategy to learn from Akhtar that he took Akhtar in the movie. Anyway the audience will surely enjoy Akhtar on the celluloid screen.
