After Aishwarya, Bipasha and Celina, it's the turn of Bollywood's new wonder girl and hot flavour of the year, Kareena to go to Hollywood!

A source - close to the actress - informed that Bebo has been approached by two leading Hollywood agencies.

"They will seal the deal as soon as the writers strike in Hollywood ends. They are just waiting for that to announce their project with Kareena in lead," informs the source.

Meanwhile, Kareena is refusing to comment, on her proposed Hollywood project.

It's official: Kareena is not gonna marry for the next 5 years!

Last night when Kareena was invited for the Filmfare cover launch at Vie Lounge, Juhu in Mumbai, she was accompanied by boyfriend Saif Ali Khan, who dropped her and came to fetch her once the event was over.

The couple pulled over in Saif's black BMW, and post the event headed to a suburban 5-star hotel.

As usual, Kareena was comfortable dealing with personal questions posed to her by the media.

When asked about her marriage plans, she said, "I am not getting married for the next five years."

An industry insider informs that Saif is very possessive about Kareena.

"He is madly in love with her and can go to any extend to prove his love. He also wants to express his commitment and marriage plans later on this year. But Kareena is on career high, and wants to enjoy her career and success."

I hope, now we have no more gossip on Saif-Kareena marriage for couple of years (or till the time they are together!)

Saif getting married to Kareena?

Saif Ali Khan recently got his new lady love Kareena Kapoor's name tattooed on his arm and now, Chotte Nawab is planning to take his relationship to the next level.

There are reports that the actor is planning to marry Kareena by the end of this year!

It is not known if Kareena, who is at the peak of her career, would like to settle down so soon. Saif is currently in Greece with Kareena Kapoor, where they are shooting for their upcoming movie, Tashan.

Saif and Kareena have been together since October last year, when Kareena broke her four year old relationship with Shahid Kapoor.

Saif has had bitter experiences with marriage.

He had been earlier married to Amrita Singh, who was twelve years elder to him, and has two children from her. The duo, however, split in 2004.

He then dated Italian model Rozza, what proved to be another short lived affair. The actor now plans to give up on his playboy image and wishes to settle down with Kareena, by the end of this year.

But the question remains: Is Kareena willing to tie the knot at the peak of her career?

Saif Ali Khan gets Kareena Kapoor tattooed over!

It seems Saif Ali Khan is seeking inspiration from English footballer, David Beckham's famous Victoria tattoo!

As a tribute to his three-month-old girlfriend Kareena Kapoor, the suave actor has now tattooed her name on his left forearm!

Saif has apparently been planning to get the tattoo for last couple of weeks. He has been browsing through various calligraphic styles to finalize the shape of the tattoo.

Last week, on Thursday, the actor finally took the decision and walked into Hakim's Alim in Bandra, Mumbai and sat for a three hour session to get Kareena's name tattooed in Devanāgarī, an ancient Indian language.

The tattoo was reportedly done in indelible ink.

Presently, Saif and Kareena are in Greece to holiday for a few days, before resuming the shooting of Tashan.

Kareena to launch her own clothing line

Numerous Bollywood actors have been endorsing clothing brands.

But actor Kareena Kapoor is toeing the line as she gets ready to design her own line of clothing. Her simple but stylish looks in Jab We Met have been appreciated and the movie has been a hit.

Kareena will be launching her line of clothes for a retail brand that she has been endorsing.

After John Abraham, Kareena will be the second Bollywood actor to design her own line of clothing.

Currently, she is the brand ambassador of products like Globus, Head and Shoulders and Anne French.

Kareena Kapoor wants to be trimmer in 2008

If you thought Kareena was slim enough, let us tell you that the actress hopes to lose more weight in 2008!

"I want to lose more weight, I really want to see myself slimmer in 2008," said Bebo, who was shooting on the sets of Golmaal Returns.

Well, the gorgeous gal is seen and heard now, but with further weight loss, one wonders if she'll be seen at all!!

Merry Christmas from Kareena, Amrita and Bollywood Buzz!

Happy Holidays are here again. And we ought to doff our Santa hats to Charles Dickens.

For it was he, who through his story, A Christmas Carol, revived the festival. A happy and joyous occasion for gifts, pudding and the ho-ho-ing cuddly Santa.

A time for love and friendship, celebrating their dostis among other things on this merry day are friends Kareena Kapoor and Amrita Arora, who reminisce about Christmas trees, stockings full of goodies, midnight masses, sumptuous meals and Santa.

"I've been celebrating X'mas ever since I was in my mom's arms. Not many know that my mother is half Christian and that Christmas is celebrated in our home in a big way. We attend midnight mass, decorate a Christmas tree and do everything that a traditional Christian family would," says Kareena.

So X'mas is another common factor between them, besides being younger siblings to two very hot-and-sexy sisters. And though they admire Karishma and Malaika, Bebo and Amu claim to have had their share of fights with them over X'mas gifts.

"I always wanted the gift Malaika got. I used to fight for it, and when she eventually gave it to me, I used to fight again, as I thought she didn't like her gift enough, and in reality mine was better. She used to get so fed up, and eventually let me keep both," laughs Amrita.

Kareena describes Santa as "good-looking, sexy, nice, cuddly and protective". It was at age seven or eight that Bebo got to know that Santa wasn't real.

"But I still love him. For he reflects good things and happy moments," she says. Amrita adds, "I was in a constant state of denial. It's only at 11 that the truth slowly sunk in, and I learned that mom was actually Santa. Till date, it is she who fills our stockings with chocolates, candies and little gifts."

The best X'mas presents these two girls have ever received have been from their respective elder sisters.

"It has to be my nephew Arhaan," says Amrita, "He could've well been bundled and left under the X'mas tree for me. Now we spoil him on Christmas." For Kareena, it's her niece Samaira that makes the world wonderful.

But will these two actress-friends exchange gifts today?

"We keep picking up stuff for one another wherever we go," says Amrita, "It doesn't have to be Christmas. But yes, why not? There's always place for gifts for our loved ones under the tree."

Salman and Kareena in Sohail Khan's Mr and Mrs Khanna

Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor have finally decided to bury the hatchet.

The duo will be seen together in Sohail Khan Production's Mr and Mrs Khanna.

Mr and Mrs Khanna marks the debut of Prem Soni as a director. He is responsible for bringing Kareena and Salman together. Soni played the mediator and convinced Salman and Kareena to do his film.

Salman and Kareena weren't on talking terms for a long time. The situation got awkward between them after the Rockstar Concert happened in 2006. Shahid Kapoor - who was Kareena's boyfriend then - was a part of the concert along with Salman.

During the concert, Shahid tried to teach Salman a few dance steps. Salman, who is otherwise known for being an amiable person, did not take this too well as he expected Shahid to respect him for his seniority.

After that incident, Salman and Shahid had serious differences.

Salman has enough experience about performing live on stage. As he is a senior actor, he did not like Shahid trying to teach him to dance. This incident put Kareena in a tricky situation as Salman was Kareena and her sister Karishma's good friend. But, Kareena chose to side with Shahid rather than Salman.

Priyadarshan's Kyon Ki was the last film in which Salman and Kareena starred together.

Heyy Bebo: Kareena in Sajid Khan's next film

Heyy Babyy's success has only prompted filmmaker Sajid Khan to aim higher.

Khan, who is presently working on a hush-hush script, is apparently in talks with Kareena Kapoor for his next.

Sources indicate that Sajid is extremely fond of Kareena and when he approached her with a rough draft, she readily agreed.

"I'm making a laugh riot again. Writing is underway, and the film is yet untitled," he says. When quizzed about signing Kareena he says, "Of course, I would like to work with her. We are good friends and she gave one of the best performances this year in Jab We Met."

The trade buzz is that Kareena now wants to dabble in comedies, and she has been looking out for good comedy scripts. Sajid Khan's film will be produced by Sajid Nadiadwala and if all goes well, this will be Kareena's second film with the Nadiadwala banner.

She had earlier signed Kambakht Ishq, which features Akshay Kumar and will be directed by debutante director Sabir Khan.

Kareena Kapoor to endorse Anne French

Wyeth Consumer Healthcare, manufacturer of hair remover cream Anne French, has roped in Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor as its Brand Ambassador.

Kareena Kapoor says, "I have always trusted Anne French to make my skin beautiful. I have used Anne French hair removers regularly for quite sometime now. Its convenient packing makes it easy to carry & use."

An Anne French spokesperson said, "We welcome the entry of Kareena Kapoor to the Anne French family. Her appointment will go a long way in reinforcing the Indian woman's continuing trust in us as her preferred hair remover."

Kareena talks about her career, marriage and Saif

After she delivered the hit Jab We Met with 'ex' Shahid Kapoor, Kareena has regained her status as the No 1 actress in Bollywood and is now drawing a whopping Rs 3.5 crore per film!

This is the highest amount being paid to any Bollywood actress.

Kareena's future projects include films like Tashan with Akshay Kumar and Saif, Kambhakht Ishq with Akshay again, Golmaal Returns with Ajay Devgan, Agent Vinod with Saif, another with John Abraham and Karan Johar's next.

Here's the latest interview she gave to TOI's Afsana Ahmed in which she talk about her career, marriage and Saif.

"I have always dabbled and experimented with various kinds of roles. Be it in Omkara, Jab We Met or Chameli, I have experimented. Guess my patience and hard work paid off," laughs Kareena adding, "but honestly, I don't believe in this numbers game. The industry does it. I am happy doing what I do best, giving 250 per cent before the camera."

Kareena disagrees that the new high in her profession has anything to do with the love of her life.

Everyone says Saif is proving to be her good luck charm, but Kareena said, "If people believe that - it's great. But personally, I feel love has got nothing to do with it. By saying this people discount the hard work put in by me and the entire crew and cast of the films I have done.

I would say all the risks and challenges that I have taken as an actress have paid off. Encouraged, I shall venture into newer zones in my work area now."

She swore that it's work and her career that drive her more than anything.

"I am highly ambitious. My strength, my confidence and everything else stems from my ability to work hard in my career which is the pivotal point of focus in my life. It's beyond everything," Kareena stated.

Even beyond love?

"They are two different compartments," she retorted.

Has she thought about marriage?

"Every woman dreams of marriage and having children. I am no exception. But at this point I am too young to think about it. We will take each year as it comes, not each day as it comes."

But, yes, she does credit Saif for being extremely supportive in her career.

"Both Saif and I met at a time when we are comfortable in our respective careers. We have put in so much hard work and he understands that. He is a wonderful guy. He is not only supportive of my career, but he supports me in everything I do," she said with pride.

Has she met his family?

"Not as yet. When the time comes, I will do it."

Kareena pairs up with John..finally!

Kareena Kapoor and John Abraham, who have been at loggerheads ever since she called the sexy hunk 'expressionless' on Karan Johar's chat show, have surprised all by signing a film together!

The two are working together for the first time as part of a three-film deal that a production house has with Bebo.

"Kareena would have done the film irrespective of who is cast opposite her. If it's John, so be it. She's more interested in her role than the hero opposite her," informs a source.

However, it was the remuneration that reportedly made Kareena give her nod. "The deal is almost a 2 crore package. That's high for an actress by industry standards," said an insider.

It's not only John that Kareena rubbed the wrong way.

Bipasha Basu and she were reportedly involved in a cat-fight during the making of Ajnabee because the feisty Kapoor gal had called the Bong bombshell a kaali billi (yikes!), a comment that didn't go down well with Bips. And the cold war only worsened after Kareena made that dig about John.

So, one can only wonder how the chemistry between hot Kareena and cool John will work out.

But with the promise of so much sizzle and fireworks on the sets, their chemistry might just set the screens ablaze!

Shahid-Kareena: Still friends?

Not all Bollywood's love stories have a happy ending. Shahid and Kareena's is a living example.

Though the duo has ended their four-year-old relationship, they have been going around saying, "We are still friends and remain in touch with each other."

So far, so good for them. But, when it comes to doing movies together, they are simply shying away.

We guess they still can't differentiate between professional and personal lives!

The song Bedhadak Bade Nazdikiyan showcases Kareena getting up close and intimate with special close-ups of the hair clearly promoting Head & Shoulders . The entire shoot is done with a combination of white and black in mind.

Kareena looks cool in the video with an international look.

Singer Suzanne has sung the track, which was composed by Pritam, who incidentally had even composed the songs of Jab We Met.

Kareena all set to star in the next RK film

The much anticipated event in Bollywood has just happened!

Kareena Kapoor is all set to star in an RK banner film!

After much consideration, the famed trio of the Kapoor khaandaan: Randhir, Rishi and Rajiv are now all set to work on a youthful breezy romantic comedy early next year.

News is that the script has been finalized and the screenplay is in its final stages. An ecstatic Randhir Kapoor confirmed the news and said that he was indeed making a film with Bebo (as Kareena is fondly called).

News is also strife that there is another film with Ranbir Kapoor which is being planned simultaneously under the RK banner. Randhir Kapoor said that both the films are to start at the same time next year.

Post Jab we Met and Shahid Kapoor, life seems to be smiling on this youngest Kapoor girl in full swing.

What's up with today's heroines?

It seems that irrespective of whatever amount of substantial roles they must have done in their careers, it is only when they do a bikini scene (coz the script demands it/ has been shot aesthetically etc.), their careers seem to be reaching a crescendo or maybe at least they like to believe it.

After the likes of Tanisha and Bipasha testing the waters of the bikini land in films like Neal N Nikki and Dhoom 2 respectively, the radar has now turned towards Kareena Kapoor, who is all set to wear a bikini for Yash Raj Films' Tashan.

The shoot is being scheduled for February 2008, for which she is reportedly preparing herself to be in shape.

After all, a good figure on screen will fetch you good figures off-screen (read Box Office collections).

It's Official: Saif-Kareena are seeing each other!

Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan has finally admitted dating Kareena Kapoor.

At Manish Malhotra's fashion show for the Lakme Fashion Week, Saif admitted to his relationship with Kareena saying, "Yes, we are not exactly shouting from the rooftops but yes, clearly we are together. And we are happy together."

Reports of a romantic linkup between 27-year-old Kareena and 37-year-old Saif first surfaced while the two were shooting for Yashraj Films ' Tashan on locations in Ladakh and Rajasthan.

Saif had been single for months now, since his break-up with girlfriend Rozza, and has since been linked to Bipasha Basu and Dia Mirza.

As their romance intensified, Kareena unceremoniously dumped Shahid Kapoor in August end, while he was shooting in Toronto, Canada.

Roadside Romeo is a forthcoming Bollywood animated film that will have Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor lend their voices to dogs for the first time!

Written and directed by debutante Jugal Hansraj who acted in films like Mohabbatein and Salaam Namaste, this will be the first animated film that will be co-produced with the alliance of Yash Raj Films and Walt Disney Pictures.

The film will utilize state-of-the-art computer animation technology done entirely in India and will feature music, dances, songs and romance just like any other Yashraj Film so far.


The film, produced by Aditya Chopra and Yash Chopra under Yash Raj Films, is looking at a release in the summer of 2008.
