FIT TO WIN: Saif Ali Khan looks on as Rosa accepts the trophy for winning the National Spinnathon Championship at Mumbai's Velocity pub on Sunday
Langda Tyagi - the man who people loved to hate in the critically acclaimed Omkara is quite a fitness freak in the real life.

Spotted at the National Spinnathon Championships supporting his lady love Rosa, actor Saif Ali Khan himself works hard on his fitness, which is evident from his bulging biceps.

"I think a certain amount of cardio is very important - running or spinning or any kind of cardio vascular exercise is good," says Saif.

Elaborating on his daily fitness regime, Saif informs, "Swimming for about an hour a day is wonderful and then about half an hour of weight resistance training - that's normally what I do for about hour and a half a day,"

As for the actor's love interest Rosa, she too did not disappoint going on to win the Spinnathon Championship.

However, when it comes down to fitness, Rosa has her own line of thinking quite different from her beau.

"It's not about just pumping muscles. It's about endurance, it's about power and it mostly starts in your mind," according to Rosa.

Well, the two may have very different takes on fitness but this is one celebrity couple that takes being fit very seriously.
