Abstract promotion for Ganesh Acharya’s SWAMI

Popular choreographer Ganesh Acharya has completed his debut film as a director, Swami, and is looking for a June/July release for the film.

Though many people, both within and outside the industry, still feel that Ganesh being a choreographer would have made a film on songs and dances, it is far from true. Instead he has made a film that takes a slice from life approach and has followed a sensitive route while belonging to the 'social' genre.

The promotion of the film very much reflects the same as it has taken an abstract approach instead of following the normal routine of showing the songs or scenes from the film. This is the reason why the first phase of promos on satellite channels shows shots of nature at its best while the cast is still being kept under the wraps.
For those who are yet to catch on the starcast of Swami, the film stars Juhi Chawla and Manoj Bajpai along with Mithun Chakraborty.
