A R Rahman to compose music for Yuvraaj

Filmmaker Subhash Ghai has reportedly signed A R Rahman and lyricist Gulzar for his mega musical Yuvraaj.

The film, starring Anil Kapoor, Salman Khan, Zayed Khan and Katrina Kaif, will be launched soon, sources said. Rahman had also scored the music of Ghai's musical blockbusters Taal and Kisna .

Ghai has recently completed the shooting of Black n White, which he is producing and directing. The film stars Anil Kapoor, Shefali Shah and newcomer Anurag Sinha, an alumnus of FTII, alma mater of Ghai. The filmmaker's last directorial venture was Kisna.

He produced Iqbal which was critically acclaimed, while his other productions like Apna Sapna Money Money and Good Boy Bad Boy did not do well at the box office.
